By accessing our website or commissioning work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Services

GeospatialWorx provides professional surveying, measurement, and drafting services, including but not limited to:

3D laser scanning
PCA surveys
Existing conditions surveys
Floor & site plans
Desktop area analysis
Desktop floor plans
Revit models and CAD documentation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Quotes, Proposals & Fees

All quotes or proposals provided are valid for 90 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is based on the information available at the time of quoting and may be subject to change if project scope, access conditions, or deliverables change.
Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and invoiced separately.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set by GeospatialWorx as Account, Prepay or Prepay Split. The applicable term will be stated on your quote and invoice and may vary by project.
Prepay Split - A 50% deposit invoice is issued on engagement. Balance invoice issued upon complletion of site survey. Payment of both invoices is required before deliverables can be issued.
Prepay - Full invoice issued on engagement. Payment required before deliverables can be issued.
Account - Invoice issued upon completion of works and payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest or result in delayed project delivery.
Ownership of deliverables remains with GeospatialWorx until full payment has been received.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete site information, plans, and access details.
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the site for our team and equipment.
Notify us of any hazards, access restrictions, or changes to site conditions before survey commencement.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel site visits if safety, weather, or access conditions are deemed unsuitable.

6. Deliverables

Deliverables may include 2D plans, 3D models, reports, or point cloud data depending on the agreed scope.
Files can come provided in standard industry formats (e.g. PDF, DWG, RVT, RCP, E57, PNG, JPEG).
GeospatialWorx is not responsible for any data loss or corruption after digital delivery.
It is the client’s responsibility to verify the suitability of deliverables for their intended use.

7. Accuracy and Limitations

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, all survey data and plans are subject to:

Measurement tolerances
Instrument calibration limits
Site conditions and access constraints

Our surveys are fit-for-purpose as defined in the project proposal, and should not be repurposed for structural, legal, or boundary determinations unless explicitly specified in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in deliverables, drawings, plans, and digital content remain the property of GeospatialWorx Pty Ltd until full payment is received.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use deliverables for their intended project use only.
Reproduction, modification, or resale of deliverables without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

GeospatialWorx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or reliance on our data or services.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from negligence.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled site visit.
Deposits are non-refundable once site work has commenced.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.

11. Website Use

You may browse our website for informational purposes only.
You agree not to:

Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with website functionality
Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any content for commercial use without consent
Upload malicious code or engage in any activity that disrupts site operations
